Her mission is simple: To build bridges of understanding, support, and hope—one conversation at a time.

"When people know how to recognize the signs, respond with confidence, and connect others to help, entire communities become stronger and lives are saved." — Stephanie Anne Thompson

Beyond the ordinary

My dedication to Mental Health First Aid stems from a deeply personal place-

My son's journey with mental health challenges....

Dealing with his mood disorder all alone made me realize that many others face similar struggles without adequate support.

This is where our journey begins.

Creating a safe space for real conversations

In my trainings, I prioritize creating a safe, honest environment where you can ask real questions and discuss uncomfortable truths. We normalize conversations around mental health that people are often afraid or embarrassed to have. Through my personal experiences, I can meet you where you are, free from judgment or assumptions, fostering a space where true transformation can happen.

"MHFA helped me pivot while my son was actively in psychosis. You are not alone; support brings strength. Let me help you gain that strength."
